The VET Sector Resources is the single resource centre for the whole group — every product from CAQA Courses, CAQA Resources, CAQA Publications and RTO Training Resources, browsable and purchasable in one place.

Why one centre

For years the group’s catalogues lived in different houses. Courses in one shop, resources in another, publications in a third, and RTO Training Resources trading from its own store entirely. Each catalogue was excellent; finding your way across all of them was not. So we built the atlas: one centre where the whole collection sits on a single set of shelves, and where anything you find can be bought on the spot.

The VET Sector Resources is that centre. It belongs to The VET Sector family — alongside the newsroom, the Awards and the Directory — and it now carries the complete range from all four product lines of the wider group.

Two databases, handled quietly

Behind the shelves sit two live catalogues: the shared CAQA database — one commerce backbone powering CAQA Courses, CAQA Resources and CAQA Publications — and the separate database of the RTO Training Resources store. The catalogue lets you browse both as one, groups your cart by source catalogue, and completes each through its own secure Shopify checkout. You never have to think about the plumbing; it is simply how the centre works.

Who stands behind it

The VET Sector Resources is a Career Calling International initiative within the CAQA Groups family — the same ecosystem that audits, validates and advises on compliance across Australian vocational education. Resources in the CAQA collections are developed and maintained by Career Calling International’s instructional design team, mapped to their units of competency and kept current against the Standards for RTOs 2025.
